Our house rules are binding, you must agree with them when you book with us

but don't worry, we are not asking for too much:

- Smoking is allowed only outside on the patio.

- We expect you to leave the apartment in the same state you found it in, clean and neat.

- Because we're only a b&b, we will only provide you with toilet/kitchen roll and soaps for a couple of days.

- If you happen to break or damage something, please let us know, it's not a big deal!

- No parties allowed, we expect any of your guests to depart around midnight.

- Our cancellation policy is usually proportional to the length of your stay: If you are staying for a week then you need to cancel at least a week in advance to get a full refund.
